Gabriel is co-founder and CEO of Mimoni, the first card-based online mass market lender to the unbanked in Latin America.
Since launching in August 2013, Mimoni has made tens of thousands loans to worthy, unbanked consumers in Mexico, all sourced online and scored using an automated, data-driven lending model. Mimoni’s convenience, privacy and ability to instantly provide very small loan amounts for a short time significantly disrupts the existing financial services providers for the unbanked, an $11 billion industry.

Leonardo Shapiro
Leonardo has led several successful technology and financial services startups and is currently co-founder of Airbanq. Previously, he was co-founder and chief strategy officer of Tienda Kit, which was one of the first companies in Mexico to provide access to credit card payments to small merchants. After growing the business to processing 6% of total card payments in Mexico, he sold the company to Verifone.
Leonardo is passionate about bringing a culture of entrepreneurship to emerging economies and has been very involved with Endeavor since he was chosen as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2005. He mentors many fellow entrepreneurs and has also won awards from Intel and Expansión Magazine for his outstanding entrepreneurship and leadership.
Leonardo is always trying to find how new innovations can bring social well being by giving tools that empower people. He was born and raised in Mexico City and is a new resident of the San Francisco Bay area where he lives with his wife and two children. He enjoys looking for authentic tacos, listening to rock music, skiing and scuba diving with his family. He holds a BS in Computer Science and MS IT Administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology.

Ignacio De Marco
Ignacio is co-founder and CEO at BairesDev, an innovative software outsourcing company with engineering centers in Argentina, Mexico, Uruguay and the US. Since its foundation in 2009, BairesDev has become one of the leading Latin America-based technology services firms with customers including Google, MTV, Univision and hundreds of others.
Born and raised in Argentina, Ignacio has visited over 50 countries, speaks four languages, and is a new resident of San Francisco.

Avikk Ghose
Avikk is co-founder and CEO at Kernel, a San Francisco-based company which develops next-generation software applications for Life Sciences. For biotech and pharmaceutical companies, Kernel analyzes insights and trends across healthcare, payer and patient advocacy organizations.
Previously, he directed strategic mobile initiatives at Intuit where his team was responsible for product strategy, mergers & acquisitions and best-practice innovations in the wireless ecosystem. Before Intuit, Avikk was vice president, marketing and business development at Mercora and worked in corporate business development at RealNetworks.
Avikk serves on the board of advisors at Virtual Mobile Technologies (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town, South Africa and is a senior advisor at Endeavor. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington and an MBA from New York University.
